I developed a web-based Space Management System to optimize the physical space available for material storage and manage stock efficiently. The project digitized the processes of receiving, storing, and preparing orders, with the goal of enhancing inventory management accuracy and efficiency while providing real-time updates on inventory levels and available space to clients.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Evaluated the existing stock management process, identifying improvement areas and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, leading to a clear understanding of system needs.
Design and Development: Implemented a SaaS-based inventory management system using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and Firebase for the backend. Designed the user interface and system flowcharts, optimizing user experience and system usability.
Testing and Validation: Conducted extensive testing to ensure functionality and data integrity, reducing errors and enhancing the accuracy of inventory management.
